From Slow Response to Super-Fast: How Trask Optimized Real-Time Processing

Before event streaming, Moneta’s CRM systems experienced delays in transaction processing, which have since been significantly improved. Trask’s solution reduced delivery time from hours or even days to milliseconds, ensuring instant customer engagement. Kafka and AWS Flink now process transactions in 18 ms, even under heavy load. SAS RTDM triggers outreach in real time, eliminating IT bottlenecks and enabling scalable real-time marketing.

Despite initial concerns that the Flink low-code platform might be slow, we were pleasantly surprised by its speed—Flink enables rapid processing with excellent latency, even underload. This solution is future-proof, ready to scale as the bank’s client base and transaction volume continues to grow.
