Agenda

9:00 – 9:10 | Conference Opening (Pavel Riegger)

Where is Trask heading, and how do we respond to changing customer needs? In his opening address, CEO Pavel Riegger will focus on the questions that shape our strategy. He will reveal what defines the company’s DNA, how we strengthen relationships with clients, and which values guide us.

9:10 – 10:10 | AI as the New Reality: Current and Future Tech & Business Trends (Jan Antoš)

Artificial intelligence is becoming a discipline in its own right that fundamentally affects everything around us. We will look at how AI technology itself is evolving and what the current trends are in searching for its greatest added value. It has become a reality that can no longer be ignored. And what comes next? Which emerging trend should we not overlook and what should we start preparing for? Finally, we will also look at other possible surprising changes and challenges that lie ahead.

10:10 – 10:55 | Coffee Break

Enjoy unique refreshments, take the opportunity to network, or join one of the expert workshops.

10:55 – 11:05 | Reinventing the Potential of Legacy Systems with AI Agents (Andrej Svitek)

Despite rapid technological progress, many organizations still rely on systems that are decades old. We will therefore look at how AI agents can unlock the potential of these legacy systems and enable automation in areas that used to be limited to manual processes – including local desktop applications, systems without accessible APIs, and proprietary ERP platforms.

11:05 – 11:15 | Security as a Key Concept in 2026 (Jan Krob)

Security faces a number of challenges in 2026. Some are emerging quickly; others have been on our radar for years but are now accelerating. Some are creating entirely new situations, others are changing established practices. Some are a headache primarily for security teams, others are rapidly becoming an IT problem and a driver of necessary transformation. We will therefore look at three of them and at how, already in 2026, they can move us towards greater resilience.

11:15 – 11:25 | You Won’t Get AI Running Without Cloud: Why Those Who Are Prepared Win (Renata Švarcová)

The adoption of AI is accelerating, but the gap between organizations is widening. What successful ones have in common is a high level of cloud readiness. If your infrastructure, data, governance and security model are ready, you can deploy AI many times faster. We will show where today’s enterprises stand, what Gartner says about the “AI-enabled cloud” trend, and which concrete steps companies can take to shorten their path to AI with AWS by months or even years.

13:20–13:30 | Modernization Without Pain? AI as a Change Accelerator (Tomáš Foltýn)

Every company has its bogeyman — an old application nobody dares to touch. AI, however, is a game changer: it can read, explain, break down and modernize old systems much faster than before.  In this talk, we will show practical examples of technology upgrades, migrations and effort savings, as well as a clear framework for when to entrust modernization to AI – and when not to. You will learn how AI helps decompose monoliths into components, speeds up development and testing, and makes it possible to move from one-off projects to continuous, safe modernization.

13:30–13:40 | Model Context Protocol as an Evolution in Using AI (Pavel Hrdlička)

Discover how Model Context Protocol (MCP) is changing the way companies use AI. MCP makes it possible to connect corporate systems, data and workflows with modern AI models in a secure and intelligent way – without chaos, risk or endless integrations. You will learn how MCP can help you shorten routine processes, make decisions more accurately, automate operations and turn AI into a true corporate assistant that works with your data, tools and rules.

13:40–13:50 | Data Platform Migration Trends in the Age of AI (Jakub Novák)

In order to maintain competitive agility and unlock true innovation, modernizing data platforms is essential for turning raw data into reliable, scalable and AI-ready business intelligence. Stop manually rewriting thousands of lines of legacy SQL.  This talk will show how generative AI and ML-powered tools are automating the hardest part of cloud migration – translating archaic stored procedures and complex queries into modern solutions. We will introduce trends in using AI for code conversion, complexity analysis and the automatic mapping of legacy data structures to optimized Delta Lake tables, dramatically reducing human effort and migration risk.

13:50–14:00 | Real-Time Enterprise: How Data in Motion is Changing Systems and Processes (Štěpán Húsek)

Data in Motion is one of the key trends in modern business. It represents the use of event streaming to change the behavior of systems, processes, and customer experience in real time. Let’s now look at the typical implementation options that exist and what level of support modern core systems provide across different industries.

14:00 – 14:10 | Optimization Case Study | VW | Intelligent Planning of Stock Vehicles on the Databricks Platform (Daniel Homann, VW), (Daniel Pecina, Trask)

The main goal of car manufacturers is to produce vehicles that customers will actually buy — ideally, the moment they roll off the production line. This is where a fundamental challenge arises: how to align individual customer demand with strict production constraints, factory capacities, and the financial targets of individual brands?

Our Intelligent Stock Planning solution, delivered to major European markets, provides the answer: using AI and the Databricks data platform, it enables the Volkswagen Group to automatically propose optimal configurations of stock vehicles for individual sales markets. The result is a better match with real demand, faster sales, less reliance on the manual work of planners, and more efficient use of production capacity. This presentation will show how modern data architecture and artificial intelligence are changing the way production and sales planning can be connected within one of the world’s largest automotive groups.

14:10 – 14:20 | Digitalization Case Study | ČKP | Bouračka.cz – an Intuitive Web App for Reporting Traffic Accidents (Petra Ott, ČKP), (Jakub Vais, Trask)

Have you ever filled out a paper form after a minor car accident? In cooperation with the Czech Insurers’ Bureau, we launched the Bouračka.cz web application, which replaces this outdated process with a modern, intuitive, and secure digital solution.

The web application is fully operated as ČKP’s first application in the Microsoft Azure cloud. It uses the latest design principles and automated retrieval of the necessary information about drivers and vehicles. Thanks to OCR, a simple step-by-step wizard, and complete photo documentation, completing the report takes an average of 15 minutes and can be done directly at the accident scene on a mobile phone. The completed records are also made available to insurance companies. The application is scalable, allowing it to respond flexibly to fluctuations in accident volume and the number of users. In the very first months of operation, more than 20% of minor accidents were reported via this application, which only confirms the project’s success.

14:20 – 14:30 | Resilience Case Study | O2 | Network Genius as the AI Future of Mobile Networks (Jakub Votava, O2), (Libor Benák, Trask)

Telecommunications are a critical technical infrastructure that millions of customers and key state services rely on every day. Therefore, absolute reliability is expected of them. In recent years, however, the complexity and dynamics of networks have increased dramatically — from cloud-native architectures to multi-vendor environments and an order-of-magnitude higher number of high-impact changes. Traditional operational approaches are no longer sufficient in such an environment.

What is the possible solution? The unique Network Genius platform which uses AI models and graph databases to analyze network data in real time. Only this makes it possible to quickly predict or detect failures, analyze them, uncover key relationships, and thereby reduce incident resolution time to the level of minutes.

14:30 – 14:40 | Automation Case Study | Moneta | Up to 30× Faster Complaint Processing and Significant Automation (Denisa Wimmerová Šnebergrová, Moneta), (Martin Tomis, Trask)

As part of improving the customer experience, Moneta enabled customers to submit card dispute claims through digital channels conveniently from anywhere and at any time, which immediately increased the number of requests by 70% and extended response times. Together, we therefore developed an AI solution that automatically enriches and evaluates the content of complaints, accurately classifies them into nearly 20 possible outcomes, and ensures an end-to-end process including customer communication and compensation payouts. The system accelerated complaint processing by almost thirtyfold and enabled a high level of full automation.

14:40 – 15:00 | Closing Keynote by Ondřej Vlček

How thorny can the road from programmer to Avast CEO be? What were the biggest challenges and experiences, and what might have been better to do differently in hindsight? And how does the story continue from Avast through the foundation to the AISLE project? Our closing session will reveal all this while also giving you an important perspective on today’s cybersecurity – what the current potential threats are and how this crucial area is likely to evolve in the future.
