Telco
We delivered a project for O2 that dramatically improved both customer experience and sales. In response to complex systems and inconsistent communication, the focus was on streamlining the sale of service bundles. Through design sprints, over 180 user tests, and hundreds of hours of research, new sales journeys were designed. As a result, the conversion rate increased several‑fold.
Insurance
We designed two applications for Kooperativa – one for insurance company technicians and another for auto repair shop technicians. The goal was to process insurance claims efficiently from a single place, using only the phone technicians always have with them. We conducted workshops with process owners, interviews with technicians, and an audit of the legacy application. Based on these insights, we designed iOS and Android apps for both technicians and repair shops. The new solution streamlined photo documentation of claims, data recording, and job scheduling, enabling more cases to be handled in less time.
Energy
We created a digital process for ČEZ Prodej to change distribution tariffs online. The offline process generated a huge number of inquiries to assisted channels and took, on average, two months to complete. Customers typically had to visit a branch around seven times. Through extensive analysis and research activities, we designed a process that reduced the change of distribution tariff to just a few days. To ensure better scalability, we created a UI kit with responsive component designs. By digitalizing the process, we saved thousands of hours in assisted channels, and customers no longer had to visit a branch even once.
Digital Identity
We defined a new digital strategy for MojeID. The first step in its implementation was redesigning the onboarding process for creating an account. Three different variants were created and tested to make onboarding as easy as possible for both individual and corporate clients. We then actively supported the development team in deploying the new design into production.
Insurance
We developed a unified system for Swiss Life Select to calculate pensions and investments, streamlining and standardizing the work of financial advisors. Based on an analysis of advisors’ needs, we refined the calculation methodology and developed two dedicated calculation applications. These applications were then tested and implemented into the Fincentrum system, giving advisors a consistent and efficient tool for working with clients.
Finance
We helped Fairo adapt its Ukrainian application to the specifics of the Romanian market. Together with the product team, we researched the needs of freelancers in Romania related to invoicing and taxes. A new information architecture was created, and the original application was simplified, making the process of filing tax returns more efficient. The new design was tested with end customers in Romania. Alongside the application, we developed a design system to enable easy scaling of the app to other countries.
