Banking
Since 2013, Trask has transformed ČSOB Bank’s testing process from a costly and inefficient one to a streamlined and scalable one. Through a team-leasing model, we onboarded 160+ specialists in the first year, reduced testing costs by over 15%, and now support the entire release cycle—from test analysis and data preparation to automation and post-release validation. Today, our 180-strong team executes 50,000 test scenarios annually, identifying around 3,500 defects, and driving continuous optimization across key banking applications in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ireland.
Banking
We supported Česká spořitelna in operating and stabilizing the client application eSpis, which manages customer documentation across branches and the central archive. We ensured full production readiness, improved application stability, and successfully migrated data from multiple legacy systems across platforms. Additionally, we helped containerize key frontend components (GUI, DFS, Mobile App, CRAPI, and Document Administrator) on OpenShift and implemented a CI/CD pipeline, enabling automated build, deployment, and testing within the bank’s environment.
Energy
A web application used for selling electricity and gas at ČEZ customer branches. ČEZ treats the app as a proof of concept to test modern technologies. It is built on Java and React and runs on the Camunda BPM platform. Key components come from Trask—uSign, which enables contract signing directly on a tablet with a stylus or finger, and ZenID, which provides OCR for reading customer ID documents.
